Policies.
A few quick rules of the road to keep things smooth for both guests and stylists.
Booking fees.
To reserve your appointment, a booking fee is required. Booking fees must be paid within 48 hours of scheduling, or immediately if your appointment is within 48 hours.
Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be applied toward your service total.
Payments.
Our preferred forms of payment are cash and Zelle. For your convenience, we also accept credit and debit cards.
Service adjustments & refunds.
Every service at Fringe Beauty Studio is customized based on your hair, your goals, and the time and products required. Because of the customized nature of our services, all services and retail purchases are non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue such as uneven color, uneven cutting, color bleeding, or another service-related concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of your initial appointment and completed with the original service provider.
Cancellations & late arrivals.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service total.
- Less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who no-show may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation if we are unable to safely complete the scheduled service, and applicable cancellation fees will apply. If we are able to accommodate the appointment, services may need to be modified and pricing will remain based on the originally reserved appointment.
Guests & children.
Fringe Beauty Studio is a small, cozy salon designed to provide an elevated and personalized experience. To maintain a relaxing and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that only those receiving a service attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Safety & security.
For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and business, video and audio surveillance is in use throughout the salon.

At Fringe Beauty Studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because we operate on a fully customized, one-on-one schedule, your time is intentionally set aside and cannot be double-booked or easily replaced.
We value your time and ask the same in return. These policies allow us to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for every guest in our care.
