Hollie Blackmon.

Hollie is the owner of Fringe Beauty Studio and specializes in luxury sew-in hair extensions and lived-in color. She's passionate about creating beautiful, low-maintenance hair that fits her clients' lifestyles — whether that's seamless extension installs that prioritize the health of the natural hair or custom color that grows out effortlessly.
Before becoming a hairstylist, Hollie earned a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Community Health. That background continues to shape the way she works, with a strong focus on sanitation, safety, and the overall health of the hair and scalp.
When she's not behind the chair, Hollie loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their five furry family members. She also enjoys creating beauty and lifestyle content on TikTok, tending to her growing garden, and is always finding new ways to make both her home and salon feel warm and welcoming.

Sydney is our lead stylist, specializing in sew-in extensions hair extensions, brunette and dimensional color transformations, and elevated bridal hair and makeup using TEMPTU airbrush. She brings both creativity and precision to every chair.
Before stepping fully into beauty, Sydney earned a dual bachelor's from Niagara University and worked in talent acquisition for Salesforce companies. After the pandemic sparked a career pivot, she graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in 2021 and built her expertise around seamless extensions, dimensional brunette color, and bridal services both in-salon and on location.
When she's not behind the chair or working bridal parties, Sydney is at home with her husband Alex and their fur babies, Pebbles and Butter.

Mallory.

Mallory has been behind the chair for 9 years and thrives on big transformations, bold vivids, and alternative styles that make a statement. If you're ready to turn heads, she's your girl.
She sees hair as art, and her chair as the canvas. From raccoon tails to cheetah print and everything in between, Mallory loves hand-painting custom designs that let your personality shine. No idea is too creative.
Creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone who sits in her chair is one of her top priorities. Outside the salon you'll find her crafting with friends, hosting game nights with family, or hanging out with her cats Juno and Oliver.

Kylee has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 4 years and loves creating everything from fresh cuts and updos to creative color, highlights, and beautiful transformations that leave her clients feeling confident. Her specialties include gray blending, perms, fades, and curly cuts.
Outside of the salon, Kylee is currently studying mathematics while continuing to grow as a stylist. She has a love for art, painting, thrifting, singing, and spending time outdoors. When she's not at Fringe, you'll likely find her exploring, studying at a café, spending time with her boyfriend, or adventuring through the Adirondacks or Allegany.

Salon assistant & apprentice
Luciana is the newest salon assistant at Fringe Beauty Studio and a recent cosmetology graduate with a passion for the beauty industry. She is excited to continue growing her skills while working alongside the talented team at Fringe and learning something new every day.
Her favorite part of cosmetology is helping others feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. Luciana is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every guest and is always eager to lend a helping hand, whether she's assisting behind the scenes or supporting clients throughout their visit.
